Standard cake used for birthday cake base is Sponge Cake. Come in 3 choices of flavour :
- Double chocolate : chocolate sponge with ganache filling
- Lapis Surabaya : Chocolate and vanilla sponge with butter cream or strawberry filling

What do we use to decorate your Cake and Cupcakes ?
For cakes and cupcakes, I use full fondant/plastic icing and butter cream, with edible and sertificated food colouring.
Is it edible and safe to be eaten?
Yes. But, sometimes I have to use support material for the hand made topper, specially the big one, so it's not edible.
And I do not suggest you and specially your little ones to consume the topper, since it's a large amount of sugar.
